i <3 bowling! Today, yong wei, gilbert, felicia and i made a trip down to SAFRA yishun bowling alley after school. We were suppose to meet at 3 15 at the foyer but i'm really sorry... I WAS LATE. I mean it wasn't on purpose so i shall be forgiven. right?! (:
Anyway the purpose to the bowling alley wasn't to bowl because even if it was the entire place was booked and transformed into a half disco half bowling alley kind of thing which i thought was really COOL! i mean which organiser did that? AND everything turned out to be glow in the dark especially the house balls. I never knew house balls could look so nice, glowing and rolling towards the pins.
Anyway the main purpose wasn't to see that, it was pure coincidence. We were there get our FIRST bowling ball. Anyway, gilbert was there to lend his help to us the J1 and Jason came down too. I choosed to get a 12 pound ball and i really hope it will not be too heavy and that the weight will feel lighter after its drilled for gripping. Carrying the undrilled ball felt super heavy. Also, we had hard time trying to decide on the colour we wanted cause the colours seemed rather limited. In the end i made my mind on one that i felt the colour resembled the globe. Poor decision makers we were, taking almost 2 hours to make up our mind but thankfully the seniors seemed quite alright with it.
Bowling have got really nice people. The J1s that i know and the seniors...thought i still cannot remember many of their names but i think the CCA rockS. i'm so looking forward to using my own ball on monday when its ready for collection.
la.la.la.la.la.la........
before i end my post, let me show u a picture of the transformed yishun SAFRA
